BC Teachers reach tentative deal with government
The BC Teachers’ Federation reached a tentative deal with the BC Public School Employers’ Association late last night. It is expected that the teachers will vote on the tentative deal on Thursday or Friday of this week. If the deal is accepted, it will end more than a year of labour strife between the teachers and the province and bring some measure of relief up to June 30, 2013.
