• Educating clients on their rights and obligations under the BC Human Rights Code
• Educating federally regulated employers and businesses and employees about their rights and obligations under the Canada Human Rights Act
• Representing employers and individual complainants before the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the Canada Human Rights Commission

• Advising on discrimination in the workplace
• Providing proactive training in relation to human rights in the workplace
